I just have the same experience today when I gave my car to someone. After he dropped the car and I entered few minutes later, I just noticed my seat was not automatically move forward to the driving setting again and I asked him what has he done to my seat settings? Then he said, he only move it backwards for driving convenience. But it’s not be automatically move forward and back till now. What can I do to make it move forward and back as it was before?

But no, it does open automatically when you push the open button on the back directly. Must use key fob. Nor does the auto close feature work from anything but that single internal button, not the fob, not in the front seat controls. Simple things left out.

Are you familiar with the Maya Millete case? She has been missing for over two years and her husband Larry Millete drove a Lexus GX460 and turned off his GPS system and drove approx 2 hours from his home. They claim they are unable to track his location due to Larry deactivating it. Is there anyway to go around that? It seems like that would be a feature the FBI should be able to access whether the user turns it off or not.

This is so antiquated for Lexus, It is sad Mazda Voice command is far superior to this, looking for a way to upgrade somehow to a much better voice command system, not a menu driven system like this. I don't want a Mazda, but I do want better voice control in a Lexus. I have an NX300, It isn't even smooth running identifying words with different voices.
